“Today, around the globe, affordable HIV/AIDS treatment options exist. The challenge is finding ways to deliver these treatments effectively.
“By 2020, we will have in place public policies that promote effective delivery systems. We’ll also have a greater understanding of the shifting cultural norms that impact the HIV/AIDS crisis.
“These improvements, along with an increase in HIV/AIDS education, will accelerate treatment and prevention efforts all over the world.
“Even more dramatically, there is a real possibility an HIV immunization will be available by 2020 or shortly thereafter. Such a development will completely change the HIV/AIDS landscape.”
