Northeastern takes 3rd place in Chinese Business Language Case Competition

Former ASNS Director Hua Dong (right) with students awardees.

Northeastern University competed for the first time this year in the Brigham Young University Business Language Competition. This competition is only only open to non-native speakers of the language and students are judged on their presentation of the case, as well as their mastery of the language. A team of three students, lead by Asian Studies Program Director, Hua Dong, presented their case November 8-9, 2018 and took home 3rd place!

The Business Language Case Competition gives undergraduate students a chance to present an international business case and increase their international business acumen, business language skills, and presentation skills while networking with international business professionals.

Congratulations to our students for their hard work!
