Professor Garcia seamlessly integrates cutting-edge research with student-focused teaching, inspiring students who clamor for a space in her classes. Her innovative curriculum engages students in transformative thinking about global governance and delves into timely topics, such as armament, artificial intelligence, and international politics. She has a profound—often life-changing—effect on students as she challenges them to collaborate on policy and legal briefs and tackle complex problems from a range of perspectives.
