Kwamina Panford (second in front row from the right) speaks at the University of Energy & Natural Resources at Sunyani (Ghana) August 1-3, 2019 on institutional capacity building in higher education and his expertise and practical experience relating to natural resources focusing on petroleum in Africa. The Presentation was chaired by Prof Emmanuel Opuni-Frimpong, the Pro Vice Chancellor and hosted by the Vice Chancellor, Professor Harrison Dapaah and the Registrar, Solomon Panford, Esq.  The presentation was attended by senior leaders of the University and heads of Departments. Professor Yaw Ofosu-Kusi, Ag Dean, School of Management Sciences & Law was Panford’s key host and liaison for the 3- day visit. This visit is part of Panford’s several decades of active involvement in African universities’ capacity building and training to contribute to global international collaboration and Africa’s development.
