The Ombuds | Ombuds Office at Northeastern University
The mission of the Ombuds Office is to support fairness, equity, and humane treatment in the workplace. The Ombuds Office exists as a confidential, impartial, and informal alternative for resolution of workplace concerns for faculty and staff. The Ombuds works with individuals and groups as well as providing anonymized feedback on systemic trends to leadership to foster a positive, healthier work environment.

HR Business Partner
HR Business Partners – Human Resources (northeastern.edu)
The HR Business Partner supporting CSSH works closely with leaders and managers to develop HR strategy that supports the college’s growth, performance, and overall objectives. Collaborates with the local HR team at CSSH to support and improve on-going HR processes and functions. Available as a resource to all faculty and staff to provide individual guidance and/or resources in a variety of areas.

The Office for University Equity and Compliance (OUEC)
Title IX – Northeastern University
Offers the Northeastern community a place to discuss and report issues and concerns regarding discrimination and harassment and provide multiple pathways towards a resolution, including investigations through a formal resolution process.
