Evaluating the Effect of Private Sector Employment Experience on Student Academic Outcomes” in the AEA Papers & Proceedings. The article evaluates the effect of private sector employment experience on student academic outcomes. In their study, they find that private sector job placements in summer jobs programs lead to greater college enrollment among students.
