The Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE) has announced the final keynote session as part of the Global Conference on Sustainability in Higher Education (GCSHE).
Dr. Madhavi Venkatesan, Assistant Teaching Professor of Economics at Northeastern University, Dr. Tracey Osborne, Director of the UC Center for Climate Justice, and Dr. Stephen Sterling, Emeritus Professor of Sustainability Education at Plymouth University will come together on Thursday, Oct. 14 at 4:15 p.m. Eastern for the closing keynote session.
Inspired by a recent essay series entitled The Pedagogy of Transition: Educating for the Future We Want, these panelists will gather together to reflect on the shifts in educational policy and the practice necessary to create a sustainable future.
