Climate Protection & Restoration Initiative Executive Director Dan Galpern is travelling across the nation with a final stop at the White House. Dan is visiting colleges and universities from Oregan to D.C. to promote climate action for a carbon tax.

The stop at Northeastern was the sole Boston event on Dan Galpern’s tour. The event, hosted by Dr. Madhavi Venkatesan and her Economics of Sustainability class, included a presentation by Dan Galpern followed by a Q&A.
The event, co-sponsored by the Department of Economics and the Northeastern Office of Sustainability, was hosted live in Shillman 220.
