Kevin G. Smith has accepted a position as Assistant Professor in the Department of English at University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. Kevin’s specializations are Academic and Professional Writing. He’ll be teaching first-year writing and advanced courses in Digital Writing and Rhetoric. Kevin successfully defended his dissertation, “(Re)Making/(Re)Marking: Genre and Markup in the Writing Classroom” (directed by Professor Chris Gallagher), on April 10, 2018.
