Sari Altschuler wins National Endowment for the Humanities grant

Associate Professor of English and Associate Director of the Humanities Center Sari Altschuler and Assistant Professor of History Chris Parsons have won a National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) grant to grow the digital component of the health humanities curriculum for undergraduates at Northeastern. These grants are awarded on a highly competitive basis to “support innovative curricular approaches that foster productive partnerships among humanities faculty and their counterparts in the social and natural sciences…in order to encourage and develop new integrative learning opportunities for students.”

Professor Altschuler is currently on leave for the 2019-2020 academic year as a faculty fellow at the Wellesley College Newhouse Center for the Humanities and an invited professor at Université de Paris – Paris Diderot. Read more about her work in News@Northeastern.
