Cara Marta Messina (PhD ’21) has accepted a tenure-track position as Assistant Professor of English (Professional Writing) at the Jacksonville State University Department of English starting this fall. Cara is defending her dissertation, “The Critical Fan Toolkit: Fanfiction Genres, Ideologies, and Pedagogies” (directed by Professor Mya Poe) on March 25, 2021.
