Jonathan D. Fitzgerald (PhD ’18) has published an article in the Boston Sunday Globe Magazine entitled, “Health-conscious millennials are driving a boom in nonalcoholic beer.” The article explores the rise of the nonalcoholic craft beer market as options expand to meet consumer demand.
