Experiential Learning

“Experiential Learning” in Northeastern’s English Department encompasses a wide variety of activities, from scholarly research (independently, as part of classes, or with faculty mentors), to participation in creative activities such as Spectrum magazine, to tutoring and other service-learning opportunities, to career exploration through co-op, to study abroad for a semester or a year.   If you don’t find what you’re looking for through these links, speak to an advisor or to the department chair.
