Gil Kerlikowske was the Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (2014-2017), Director of the White Office of National Drug Control Policy (2009-2014), Chief of Police, Seattle, (2000-2009), Deputy Director, U.S. Department of Justice, Community Oriented Policing (1998-2000), Police Commissioner, Buffalo, (1994-1998). He holds a BA and MA and Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from the University of South Florida. He is the recipient of numerous awards and recognition. He has over four decades of law enforcement experience and has been a faculty member at Seattle University, Buffalo State, and Florida Atlantic.
