Recent Doctorate of History Alum Dr. Sana Tannoury-Karam Accepts Postdoctoral Position at Rice University

The Department of History is pleased to announce that Dr. Sana Tannoury-Karam has accepted a postdoctoral position in Middle East History at Rice University located in Houston, Texas.

Dr. Tannoury-Karam successfully defended her dissertation entitled  “The Making of a Leftist Milieu: Anti-Colonialism, Anti-Fascism, and the Political Engagement of Intellectuals in Mandate Lebanon, 1920-1948” last December.
