2020 NS4G Grant: Overcoming Barriers to Mental Health Care Among At-Risk Adolescents and Young Adults

The deadline to apply to the 2020 Northeastern Students4Giving (NS4G) Grant is March 6th, 2020.

NS4G will award a one-time grant of $10,000 to an organization working to help adolescents and young adults (up to age 25) overcome financial, social, and cultural barriers to mental health care access in low-income, under-served, or marginalized communities. Such barriers may include, but are not limited to language, immigration status, lack of culturally appropriate services, stigma, lack of health insurance, lack of awareness, time constraints and logistical challenges such as transportation, distance, and childcare.

Applicants must serve Roxbury, Fenway, Mission Hill, and/or the South End.
