Flyer Description: Photovoice is a participatory qualitative research method that blends narrative with photography. Through photo voice, marginalized community members are empowered to share their words and photos as a way to reach decision-makers and implement positive change. Join NU-PEL to hear from an expert panel of researchers with hands-on experience using photo voice in community settings. We will explore practical tips and things to consider when planning and conducting a photo voice project, share lessons learned, and other topics. Moderator: Dr. Laurie Dopkins from NU-PEL.
