    This project looks at power dynamics in Puerto Rico's energy transition after Hurricane Maria, particularly focusing on community perspectives.

  • Qualifications Necessary

    Familiarity with energy transitions literature, climate policy and Puerto Rico. Fluency in Spanish required. Willingness to travel to Puerto Rico. Experience and training in qualitative research methods including interviews, focus groups, and photovoice.
