SGA - Loss and Damage Fund Analysis
The SGA will play a key role as part of a multigenerational research team analyzing loss and damage finance. The SGA will be responsible for literature reviews on climate finance governance and loss and damage, and leading thematic coding of transcripts of loss and damage board meetings. The SGA will work closely with the faculty lead and external collaborators to design the research strategy and analyze data. They will also be responsible for co-supervising undergraduate RAs.

Project Description
This project will analyze the deliberations of the new loss and damage fund board meetings to draw insights into the governance of the new fund, as well as broader insights into the nature of loss and damage, distinctions between loss and damage and climate adaptation, and the equity implications of board decisions. The project is expected to lead to both academic and policy publications.
