Dean's Strategy Council Member

Ann W. Stewart (BS ’76)spent almost two decades managing the court system for the state of Connecticut. She was the highest ranking non-judicial administrator, and held a role typically held by judges. Stewart did her initial training for this position as a co-op student in the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. She is a graduate of Northeastern’s College of Criminal Justice in the class of 1976, and continued her education by obtaining a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Hartford. Stewart’s husband Shelley is also a Northeastern criminal justice graduate, and her daughter Sydney graduated from Northeastern’s College of Arts, Media and Design in May 2015.
