Lourdes Garcia

Lourdes Garcia, Human Resources Associate, manages HR and faculty affairs transactions within the college. Lourdes holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Administration and a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from University of Hartford. Prior to joining Northeastern, Lourdes spent most of her career working in various organizations as a Talent Acquisition and HR Coordinator. Lourdes has a passion for supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives and understanding the essence of motivation, engagement and workplace wellbeing.
