PhD student Johan Arango-Quiroga, along with his colleagues at MIT and Carnegie Mellon University, co-published “Distracted Driving: Testing the Contours of the Law and Public Policy” in the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law and Public Affairs. The article explores laws and public policies meant to limit distracted driving, a clear and present danger to drivers, passengers, pedestrians, and the general public. It also argues for specific interventions to minimize the effects of distracted driving.
