 Located in the beautiful wine-country of New York’s Finger Lakes region, Seneca County (pop. 33,700) is seeking a talented and driven local government manager to lead a team of 500 employees and 22 departments with responsibility to oversee an annual budget of $92 million.   The position serves as the County’s Chief Administrative and Budget Officer. The County Manager is the top appointed leadership position in County government and handles all day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be an experienced public sector administrator with a strong background in financial and budget management. If you are a proven leader with a track record of success, we want to hear from you. The present salary is $130,000 with a full benefits package and New York State Retirement.
