Post Election Discussion on Oakland Campus
On November 13th, the Policy School MPA program, and the Mills College Center for Transformative Action held a post-election panel discussion.
The evening featured an engaging conversation moderated by Policy School Professor-of-the-Practice Adam Parker, with panelists Natasha Middleton (Mills MPP alum), Ruth Bernstein, and Sharon Cornu.
A memorable moment was when Sharon provided a recap of Northeastern and Mills alumni who were on the ballot this year, including her shoutout to my former student Lateefah Simon, now newly elected to the U.S. Congress from Oakland!
The event drew a dynamic audience, including many of Oakland MPAs, PPE first-year undergrads, and other members of the campus community.
