Maxwell Meyers, a 2018 graduate (BS – Political Science), recently received a full scholarship to attend the London School of Economics. Meyers will use the Oram-Stott-Schlusche Scholarship to study for a Master of Science degree in the Regional and Urban Studies program. He will focus on urban transportation infrastructure, specifically a new 78-mile rail line that includes a 14-mile tunnel under the city of London. This mega project was completed on time and on budget. His goal is to study this project in-depth and bring back lessons for high-speed rail development in the United States.
