Writing Measurable Educational Objectives

One of the required fields on the form is to list your Measurable Educational Objectives.  What are measurable educational objectives?

Here are some questions you can ask yourself to draw measurable objectives from the workshop description.

How many key points does the instructor want students to “learn” from this workshop?

How will learning occur?

It is useful to think in terms of what the learners will be able to do as a result of the activity.

After writing the educational objectives, re-read them, asking yourself this question:

Are these specific, observable actions that will demonstrate comprehension and integration of the topic presented?
