During the conference we will be using a virtual conference platform called Whova (pronounced “hoo-va”) that all participants can use to build their personal agenda, join sessions, view posters, send messages to one another, and watch recordings of some sessions after they take place. Whova interfaces directly with Zoom, which is the videoconferencing software we will use for all keynote talks and conference sessions.
As soon as possible, we ask all registered SCORAI conference participants to log in to the Whova site using the same computer and internet browser (Chrome or Safari recommended) that you will be using to participate in the conference:
After you have signed up for Whova, you may click the links below to join optional tech support and practice sessions within the app:
Alternatively, users may navigate to these sessions by logging in to Whova in your browser, selecting “Community” and then following the link for your “Optional Tech Support Session” under the “Meet Up” heading.
