The Staff Engagement Task Force (SETF) met on Nov. 6, 2024. The Data Subcommittee provided an overview of the qualitative responses, and noted 3 overarching themes: cohesion, communication, and valuing staff/workload. We discussed how to integrate these into the presentation for the staff assembly, and how the qualitative report can be distributed to staff.
We then began the conversation on our official recommendations. Meghan created a collaborative document where we could share and provide feedback on recommendation ideas. Mika shared a potential template to utilize for crafting the recommendations.
Finally, we went over action items, which mostly revolved around preparing for the staff assembly presentation.
