The Staff Engagement Task Force (SETF) met on Dec. 18, 2024, where we primarily discussed our drafted recommendations.
The feedback subcommittee presented their draft of the recommendations on theme #1 and theme #2 utilizing the template. The group provided their feedback on the content, as well as ruminated on potential issues, such as the additional work for which the recommendations require. We had a conversation on how staff voices should continue to be represented throughout the process of implementation of the recommendations, and the different ways we could assemble those groups.
We also reviewed the report that Louis drafted where we would insert those recommendations. We talked about the best format and presentation of the information listed there.
Finally, we decided that we would need to meet once more in the new year to finalize our report and presentations.
