Women’s hockey alumna Kendall Coyne was named as one of 10 recipients for the NCAA’s prestigious Today’s Top 10 Award. The award recognizes 10 outstanding senior student-athletes from the preceding academic year. To qualify for the award, nominees must have a minimum GPA of 3.30 and have completed their intercollegiate eligibility during the 2015-2016 academic year. Since graduating, Coyne has represented the US at the 2016 Four Nations Cup in Finland, where the US won gold. She has been named to the 37-player US Women’s National Team Winter Training Camp roster, which will be used to help formulate the roster for the 2017 IIHF Women’s World Championship in April.
