“Could Ghislaine Maxwell be both a victim and perpetrator of violence?” News @Northeastern

News @Northeastern, in a recent article, discuss the court case against Ghislaine Maxwell and her alleged compliance to Jeffery Epstein’s crimes. Margo Lindauer (Law professor, Director of Northeastern’s Domestic Violence Institute, and WGSS executive committee member) weighs in with her expertise that “it’s not uncommon to be both a victim of violence and a perpetrator of it.” While Maxwell may be complicit with Epstein’s heinous crimes, Lindauer points out that there are also signs of coercive control in their relationship.
