Each March (beginning in March of 2014), the WGSS program celebrates Women’s History Month with a day-long symposium focusing on one central theme and featuring panels of speakers in dialogue with one another and their audience. The symposium is open to Northeastern faculty, graduate students, undergraduate students, and interested parties from outside the university. We announce the centralizing theme and date for the annual symposium in the months leading up to the event each year. To view more information about past symposia, please click here.
The 2020 Symposium theme is #Feminism: Gender and the 2020 Elections. Save the date of Thursday, March 19, 2020 to join us at the Cabral Center. Stay tuned for information on panels and panelists, as well as announcements regarding registration.
