Join the Northeastern University, Latinx, Latin American, and Caribbean Studies (LLACS) to celebrate the publication of Daughters of Latin America: An International Anthology of Writing by Latine Women. Edited by renowned journalist and documentarian, Sandra Guzman, the anthology features the “intergenerational literary voices” of over 140 Latine writers, scholars, and activists from around the world including Audre Lorde, Edwidge Danticat, Elizabeth Acevedo, Alexandra Ocasio Cortes, Maryse Condé, Esmeralda Santiago, Julia Alvarez, Maria Ana, and many many more. 

This collection of authors includes National Book Award, Grammy Award, Pulitzer Award, among other award, winners, as well as works that have previously never been translated into English.
