Hosted by: GCWS, Boston College, MIT, Northeastern, Tufts University, and University of Massachusetts Boston
For 15 years, the Women Take the Reel Film Festival has championed films that spark conversation. This year is no exception. Join the GCWS and its partner schools for a festival featuring works directed entirely by women—narratives that interrogate the intersections of power, identity, and equity. From race and class to sexuality and feminism, these films don’t just tell stories; they start movements.
Upcoming films include:
- The Right Track: True Survivor Journeys – March 6 (MIT)
- Tarantism Revisited – March 12 (University of Massachusetts Boston)
- Can I Get a Witness – March 13 (MIT)
- No One Asked You – March 19 (Northeastern)
- THE INQUISITOR – March 20 (Boston College)
- a collection of short from the works of Ng’endo Mukii – March 26 (Tufts)
