On the other hand, Vice President Joe Biden’s plan will take drastic action on mitigating the impacts of climate change and creating a clean energy economy.

We break down what either could mean for Massachusetts with Emily Reichert, CEO of Greentown Labs, and Shalanda Baker, a professor of Law, Public Policy and Urban Affairs at Northeastern.
