Johanna Schnitz

Johanna Schnitz is an Assistant Faculty Co-op Coordinator at the College of Social Sciences where she focuses on supporting the professional development and progression of graduate students across CSSH programs. Johanna earned her B.A. in Sociology from the College of the Holy Cross and an Ed.M. with a focus on Human Development and Psychology from Harvard Graduate School of Education. Prior to her 2026 arrival at CSSH, she worked in education for two decades as a workforce development manager in the nonprofit sector and as an English teacher in both public and private schools. Johanna is passionate about supporting students’ educational and personal growth and actively promoting equity of opportunity.
