Assistant Teaching Professor (Policy School Arlington campus)
Dr. Marcia Mundt is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the School of Public Policy and Urban Affairs on the Arlington campus. She has worked as an applied researcher, program director, and monitoring and evaluation expert for international organizations, domestic nonprofits, and local governments such as the Consortium for Elections and Political Process Strengthening, the U.S. Institute of Peace, New Sector Alliance, City Year, and the City of Cambridge, among others. Her research focuses on democratic vitality, civic participation mechanisms, social sector leadership, and systems change. She produces a weekly evidence-based blog on the vitality of the U.S. democracy called RealTime DemTrends, which she is working to expand and deploy to state and international governance systems.
