Visiting Lecturer

Seulah received her PhD in political science at Boston University in 2021 and was a part-time adjunct at Clark University in 2020-2021. Her research interests include international relations, international security, and political networks. Her current project uses network analysis and statistical methods to investigate the impact of diplomatic networks on state conflict propensity. She also works on a project that explores immigration amicus curiae networks and their impact on judicial outcomes.
