Writing Center Tutor
Caty is a Master’s student in English with a specialty in Rhetoric & Composition. They are versed in research papers, argumentative essays, resumes, personal statements, and creative writing (poetry, short stories, personal essays/memoir). They received their B.A. in English with a concentration in Creative Writing and a minor in Criminal Justice. Caty’s research interests include writing pedagogy, literacy studies, and conceptions of disciplines. Outside of school, they enjoy writing creatively, watching TV, and spending time with friends and their cat. Fun fact: Caty has a black belt in karate!
