Danita Mends

Danita Mends, Events Manager, joins Northeastern with over 10 years of project and event management in healthcare, environmental initiatives, and community development. In her role as Events Manager at CSSH, she works closely with the Dean’s Office to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence in event execution. Danita leads the planning of all college-wide events, ensuring excellent implementation and oversight, providing training and support for all staff responsible for event planning and execution, and assisting with events originating within the college’s departments, initiatives, and centers. Danita attended one of the oldest HBCU’s, Clark Atlanta University pursuing her bachelor studies in Business Management and received her Interior Design Certification at Massachusetts Bay Community College.
