Jess Gold

Jessica Gold is a social science researcher who focuses on gender and racial inequality in education, occupations, and organizations. Her research is characterized by a mixed-methods approach, combining computational text and network analysis, quantitative statistical methods, and qualitative interviews and analysis. She is currently an Associate Research Scientist at Northeastern and an ARC Visiting Virtual Scholar.
