Writing Center Tutor
Matthew is a 1st year Master’s student studying English and Digital Humanities. He specializes in research and seminar papers, personal statements (for undergraduate, graduate, and medical residency applications), writing samples, grants (for thesis research and conferences), and abstracts. He also specializes in ESL reading comprehension and writing. Matthew is fluent in English and Korean. He was born and raised in Guam and received his Bachelor’s degree in English from Princeton University. Back home in Guam, he has a pet labrador named Jjajang, who he dearly misses. In addition to working in the Writing Center, Matthew is also the Coordinator of the Digital Scholarship Group.
