Michele Rosenthal
Associate Director of Academic Operations, School of Public Policy and Urban Affairs
Michele Rosenthal serves as the Associate Director of Academic Operations. In this role, Michele will provide leadership and coordination of student services and academic support and manage processes related to academic initiatives and outcomes. Michele brings a wealth of expertise and experience in higher education. Most recently, she was the Director of Academic Advising and Learner Success for Graduate Professional Programs in the College of Professional Studies at Northeastern. Throughout her career, Michele has created and improved administrative processes, enhanced staff retention, created professional development pathways, and supervised and supported staff members throughout Northeastern’s global network. Previously, Michele has held positions of administrative leadership in academic and student services roles at Mount Holyoke College, Brandeis University, Babson College, the Colleges of the Fenway Consortium, and Suffolk University. From roles ranging from Director of Residential Life to Academic Dean, Michele has always worked closely with students, faculty, administrators, and staff. Michele works closely with Dr. Ivanova and the administration team to build out the School’s operations and to advance student services, faculty engagement, programming, and key initiatives for internal and external constituents.
