Jasmine Rodriguez
Sociology PhD Student
Jasmine joined Northeastern University in the Fall of 2024. She holds a B.A. in Sociology and Justice Studies from the University of New Hampshire. Her research focuses on religion, mental health, policy, crime, and race and ethnicity. Previously her research looked at how religious coping can be a potential causal factor for the Black-White paradox in mental health. She was a McNair Scholar and is part of many honor societies. She plans to continue her research on policy, race, and crime.
