Megan Di Russo
Criminology and Justice Policy, PhD
Megan Di Russo is a doctoral student in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Northeastern University. She holds an A.A. in Psychology from Miami Dade College and a B.A. in Sociology Honors with a Notation in Cultural Rhetoric from Stanford University. Megan’s research interests center examining complex dynamics of contemporary punishment within the carceral setting. More specifically, she is interested in investigating the prison environment and experiences of incarceration. At Northeastern, she is currently a research assistant for Dr. Natasha Frost in the Corrections and Reentry Lab studying correctional officer well-being.
