Monica DeLateur is a dual-degree J.D./Ph.D. doctoral candidate in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Northeastern University. She completed her J.D. at Northeastern University School of Law. She also holds a M.S. in Criminology from Penn and a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA. Her dissertation explores sentencing factors of Federal human trafficking sentences. Monica is currently an Assistant District Attorney at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office (District Attorney Rachael Rollins), in the Appeals Unit, where she also supervises the Legal Internship Program. She has taught Human Trafficking and still guest lectures.
