Morgan Lindenschmidt

Sociology PhD Student

Morgan Lindenschmidt is a second-year PhD student. She received her BA in Sociology with a minor in Gender Studies from the University of Southern Maine. Her research focuses on the functional role of sexual violence in working-class communities and the long-term systemic impacts of childhood sexual abuse and intimate partner violence on survivors. Before pursuing her PhD, she worked as a program manager at a youth-serving nonprofit where she developed and implemented community-based outreach programs.
