Shaolong Yin
MA in World History
Shaolong Yin graduated from South China Normal University in China with a BA in History and a Minor in Literature in 2024. His studies focused on Latin American history, particularly the ideological and cultural exchanges between Latin America and Europe. His undergraduate thesis explored Simon Bolivar’s religious views and early Pan-Americanism. Shaolong also has a deep interest in Latin American literature and social movements. Additionally, he gained practical experience as a student teacher in a senior high school history teaching group and as a volunteer docent at a museum, where he supported exhibitions and educational activities.
