Updates to Faculty Profile

Please use this form to request updates to a CSSH faculty profile. Faculty name and email address are required. Please only fill out other fields if there is new or updated information for your profile. The marcom admin (MCA) for your unit or the college’s web manager will make updates as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours.
