Associate Professor of Public Policy and Environmental Engineering
Dr. Serena Alexander is an Associate Professor of Public Policy and Environmental Engineering with a joint appointment in the School of Public Policy and Urban Affairs and the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Her research focuses on developing, implementing, and evaluating cutting-edge strategies to address climate change and the environmental and equity impacts of transportation. She has recently contributed to the U.S. National Blueprint for Transportation Decarbonization.
